This years North Pinellas Artist’s annual open-house tour will be held on two days Saturday and Sunday October 4th and 5th from 10:00 am until4:00 pm each day. The free self-guided tour will take you to variousstudio locations. The artists, whose original work is on display, willbe available to talk about their craft and to sell artwork on the spot!Most studios will also demonstrate their art. Various mediums fromjewelry to ceramics to printmaking to painting and more will berepresented. Join us, enjoy the interaction with the artists and get acloser look at the creative process. 

Again this year we are including the Clearwater Downtown Library, 100 North Osceola Ave. as a hub point with many plein air artists who will be painting on the grounds of the library and Coachman Park on Saturday. On Sunday plein air artists will be painting at various studios. The library hours are 10:00 until 4:00 Saturday only. You can pick up maps and view the work of the participating artists inside the library. Information maps can also be picked up at all other Clearwater libraries, Dunedin library, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach and Dunedin Chambers of Commerce,Dunedin Fine Art Center and Painted Fish Gallery in downtown Dunedin and the Leepa Rattner Museum on the St. Petersburg College Campus in Tarpon Springs. Plein Air artists at the library include BarbaraKampe Hanson, Kirsten Andreason, Don Eaton, Jenna Friedman, Rose Gallo,Virginia Larrea LaTourrette, Dorothy Gardiner, Lynette Vaughan,Elizabeth Rose and others.

The Friends of Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library will be holding their Annual
Meeting on Thrs., May 17th at 7:00 P.M at UTB Regional Library, 11211 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, Fl.  We will be Dedicating the Gazebo and recently purchased Art work that evening.
